Carol A. Kemp became a licensed Realtor in 1980. Kemp Real Estate was established in July 1984 through the efforts of the owners Carol A. Kemp, Ted Bastedo & Ellie Bastedo. It was originally known as Kemp & Bastedo, Inc. In 1986, Carol Kemp purchased full ownership and the name was changed to Kemp Real Estate, Inc.
